Ladies and gentlemen this is the 8th pan in this series, it is a revised version of the 1st pan in this series. Why? Because I liked the 1st pan so much that I decided to keep it. I use it almost every day and it is a great design. Each twirl, although beautiful, also serves another purpose; they act as a resistor so the heat has to travel much farther in order to reach your hand. In other words it's my favorite hande and an excellent mix of form and function. Remember each pan is signed and numbered so when this pan is gone, it's gone.
