This pan is #4 in this series, my intent with this pan was to make an exceptionally clean and durable pan. The end result was a pan that feels like it should belong to an innkeeper in some far off maritime village 200 years ago or more. This frying pan was forged from a piece of 3/16” plate steel, if you are looking for the durability of old world craft this is your pan. Remember each pan is signed and numbered so when this pan is gone, it's gone.
