#1 this is the pan that started it all. This pan has way more time in it than is reasonable and for this reason I have decided to keep it for a time. It's 11” and forged from 3/16” plate steel. Although all the pans in this series are heirloom quality this pan will outlive multiple generations even if used and abused.
