Atticus McFadden-Keesling

Atticus started blacksmithing as a hobby over 15 years ago and has since been working full time as a blacksmith for over 10 years. Over that time he has advanced his skill by working for and studying the work of many master craftsmen both in the United States and overseas. His shop seeks to seamlessly combine beauty and utility by using traditional forging techniques along with modern fabrication methods. He works with steel, wrought iron, stanless, copper, bronze, and brass. Utilizing a variety of surface textures and hand patinas to create truly eye catching work.

Atticus works with home owners, designers, contractors, architects, and business owners alike to bring projects from concept to installation. Drawings are used in the early stages of a job to flesh out a concept and metal samples can be used later to illustrate further.
